Celebrity Partner Content Creation
Upon the launch of new sweepstakes campaigns, it was my responsibility to support our celebrity clients in any means necessary as their handles often drove the largest percentage of consumer traffic from social. Since every one of our partners was different, this meant assessing their needs, and adapting my role in a variety of ways to mesh with their existing team and system. In some cases, simply providing a best practices toolkit with sample copy was sufficient. In other instances, tailored posting plans with custom copy were necessary, even going as far to take over their social accounts for a period to ensure that promotions were posted correctly.
In any case, the resulting promotion needed to be authentic to the voice and brand of that celebrity, while maintaining accurate, optimized, and consistent with other Prizeo campaigns.














Rebrand Implementation & Social Optimization
When I joined the Prizeo team, they were in the midst of a rebrand. The social graphics templates were outdated and lackluster, so I worked with the graphic design team to develop new ones that reflected the energy of the new branding.

Community Moderation
With the brighter, more trendy graphics, I modified the brand’s approach to community moderation. Instead of the stiff, corporate “We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble with our product,” I shifted the brand voice to one that was more engaging, aware, and authentic to the community. Not only did I assist in inbound customer service requests, but I also made the effort to increase outbound engagement. This meant identifying opportunities to communicate with our audience members, and adding exciting value to their Prizeo experience outside of just asking for more donations.
